Conventional gravity systems
Standard tank and gravity-fed trench drain field for lots with suitable soil, depth and slope. The most common and most economical option.
Installation
Grade I through Grade IV septic installation
New construction, replacements and repair permits. We size, install and commission the system your soil and your county will actually approve.
Grade II
Pump to gravity & shallow placement
Used when the drain field sits above the tank or the best soil is shallow. Includes pump tank, effluent pump, controls and alarm.
Grade III
Low-pressure pipe (LPP)
Pressure-dosed small-diameter laterals that spread effluent evenly across shallow, restrictive or sloping soils.
Grade IV
Drip dispersal & advanced pretreatment
Drip irrigation fields, aerobic treatment units and sand filters for difficult lots, tight soils and reduced setback requirements.
How an installation runs
- Site visit and soil evaluation with our Soil Scientist / AOWE
- Percolation testing and permit package (Improvement Permit, then Construction Authorization)
- System design sized to bedrooms, flow and soil loading rate
- Excavation, tank set, line and field installation
- Panel, float and electrical hookup where the system requires it
- Health department inspection support and final grading
